Marie-Hélène Breault has been working as amanager in the music industry for several years. Her synthesis and analysis abilities, her sense of organization and leadership, as well as her diversified experience, make her a sought-after collaborator.

Over the years, she has served on the boards of various organizations like Codes d’accès, the Conseil québécois de la musique, the Société québécoise de recherche en musique (SQRM), Erreur de type 27 (E27), Le Vivier, and Circuit, musiques contemporaines.

She has also held executive positions in various organizations. Between 2015 and 2018, she was Executive Director of the SQRM, which led her to take on a wide variety of tasks: organizing conferences, cultural mediation activities and competitions for students, setting up partnerships with various musical organizations, membership management, fundraising, grant applications, budget planning, bookkeeping, and communications. Previously, from 2008 to 2013, she was General Manager and Artistic Director of E27, an organization with which she produced fifteen concerts and musical events.

Finally, her expertise is occasionally called upon by the Canada Council for the Arts and the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec for various peer review panels and evaluation committees.
